When is the best time to exercise? Is it at morning or evening?
I usually go for exercise at about 7pm to 8pm and i don’t really lose weights

I have been into fitness & exercising for a long time now. I find it most suitable to exercise (whether at home or the gym)…in the EVENING around 8.00/8.30 pm. because I can come back from office & do it. I had once heard some fitness pro. saying that anytime is suitable..as it suits one.

I have heard many different theories. Some say morning so u do it. Others say evening… I just wonder if a certain time is better for the body. or helps burn more calories?
I want to start to do sit-ups and such and i want to do exercises when it will benefit me the most! Thanks

My opinion is mid morning or after work
Its so much easier for me to exercise at night… But if its the morn, than why?
*if its before a meal, how long before the meal
*if its after a meal, how long after the meal should i wait before i exercise?
