Is Swimming The Best Cardio Exercise For Building Muscle While Loosing Fat?

I want to get an exercise routine that I can do to tone my body. It dosen’t matter if its arms or legs or stomach.
What sorta of Exercises should i do?
Is it better to do fewer sets with lighter weights, or less with heavier weights?
(Eg, is it better to do Three sets of 15 with a 20kg weight, Or Three sets of 10 with a 30?)
And also what sort of a diet would i need to eat?

Squats are probably the best. Lunges are good also…and back kicks or rear leg raises.
Do a search online for butt exercises and you’ll find a variety of them.
Are there free exercise libraries with pictures I can access to get fitter at home? I am very (!!!) short of funds and can’t get to a gym.
*i did about 10 minutes of lateral pull down and a tricep exercise (donno what its called but it’s the one where u have a dumbbell behind your head and your pulling it above ur head)
