Best Weight Loss Exercises For Me? (detailed Description)?

I’m 15, 5′4″ (164 cm), I weigh 125 pounds (57 kg), I run 3-4km (up to 2.5 miles) about 5 times a week. I have already lost about 22 pounds (10kg) in the past year and I think my body has hit a plateau.
I want to loose 16 pounds (7 kg).
I have tried to focus on my diet but I find it completely impossible.
So I would like any exercises that I could do instead of or as well as my current exercise that would make my body start to loose weight again.

    First of, are you a teenage girl or boy? Because there is the usual ideal chart weight for your age and sex.
    Do you think or feel that you are overweight?
    You can add more mileage a day to your runs if you want to lose weight, as long as your caloric intake is less than what you expend.
