The Best Time To Exercise?

When is the best time to exercise? Is it at morning or evening?
I usually go for exercise at about 7pm to 8pm and i don’t really lose weights :D

    The best time to exercise is when it fits into your schedule so that you actually do it.

    I’ve heard for many years now that the best time to exercise is in the morning time but I usually exercise in the evening time. I guess one is more refreshed in the morning but I feel too lazy.
