What Is The Best Exercise For Weight Loss In The Mid-section?

hi im 15 years old, 5′11” and about 207lbs. I want to lose some weight in my mid-section. I want to know some exercises that I can do myself without any machine or anything. I was thinking crunches but i’m not sure.

While you can “spot” train specific areas to build muscle, it’s very difficult to do the same to lose weight. Hit the treadmill and bike. Or high intensity (low weight, high reps, fast pace) training. Anything that elevates your Heart Rate and gets you sweating to start burning calories. Cardio is what you need.

Exercise is just as pivotal as diet when it comes to losing weight. There’s lots of excellent instruction for exercise on the site in the box below. I lost 5 pounds by taking their advice.

Cruntches, 6 inches, and laying down and circling your legs like a bike.
    Hope this helps :D
