What Are The Best Exercises For Bulking Up At Home?
I exercise often and eat well, but I’m pretty lightweight due to my metabolism.
I have only a set of dumbells at home. What are good exercises I can do?
Pushups and situps might keep me in shape, but I don’t think it’s really doing anything to help me build up.
use the dumbbells since body weight is for endurance.
Bicep is easy to train, do bicep curls standing, sitting watever
if u have a bench then do dumbbell flys which is good for the whole chest,
do sum tricep dips…anywhere, on the edge of ur bed…
and tricep kickbacks are pretty good
since ur slim i advise you to work on ur abs, crunches+reverse crunches will do…
remember to stretch alot

if u wanna build up mass then use whey protein and weight gain supplements
Join a gym and buy some whey protein.
