Is There Any Exercises That Tone Up Every Area Except The Upper Back?

I think I lost too much wait because my spine is sticking out a lot and its nasty. I would like to gain back like 5 lbs so it isn’t scary looking but the rest of me is a lot less bony so I don’t wanna gain it every where. Is that even possible? If it possible is what exercises can do that? Thanks.

So if I’m understanind this right, you want to make your spine less noticeable. To do that, you’ll actually want to increase the size of your back.
If the spine is sticking out more on the upper back, the best thing to do would be lat pulldowns using a slightly wider than shoulder width grip. This will increase the size of your entire upper back, especially the lats, which will actually help your spine stay straighter and stick out less.
If the spine is sticking out more on the lower part, the best things to do would be leg lifts and hyper back extensions. By strengthening your lower back and abs, you’ll help your posture become straighter and that will keep your spine straighter as well.
Additionally, you could perform all the exercises I mentioned to greatly improve posture and the overall appearance of your spine.

No, it isn’t. You can’t spot gain. I suggest you see a doctor to make sure there isn’t a medical problem.
