What Natural Exercises Can I Do To Work My Back Muscles?

Natural meaning, using my body and nothing else, no machines/weights. Sometimes I find it hard to find time in the day to go lift weights….push ups are good for your front, but I need to balance the weight out so are there any natural exercises like a push up that I can do for my back?
