What Are The Best Exercises To Help Lose “love Handles” & Tone My Thighs?

I am a slender young woman ; 5′ 2″ tall, 22 yrs old.. The fat seems to all go to my hips & thighs. >:[ What exercises are best to help tone those areas? Thanks!
