What Are The Best Exercises To Do If You Want To Loose Weight In Your Stomach And Thigh Areas?
I have a body shaped like a pear and really need to loose weight in my stomach and thigh areas. My butt could stand to be smaller too! I do not have enough cash for a gym, so does anyone have any suggestions on stuff I can do at home?
I’m a pear too. Basically you can’t lose fat off those areas, which sucks I know. I’ve got a tiny top, teeny breasts, skinny arms – but still I have big thighs and too much weight on my waist! Sigh.
I have found that running really helps, and if you can’t run or jog then walk – and maybe do a minute or so of sprints when you can in between walking (so walk for 5 minutes, sprint for 1 etc). Squats and lunges are great for thighs but watch out you don’t get too bulky. Same with crunches, sometimes if there is a lot of fat there the crunches can make it stick out more because you’re building the muscle layer underneath. So do the exercises but do them in moderation.

honey, always remember that you can’t spot reduce. When you exercise, your body lose weight overall depending on your genes. If you have higher tendency to lose fats on your arms, your arms will be smaller. But in your case, you have difficulties losing weight in your lower area. So i suggest doing cardio to lose weight altogether, then do lunges, squates, sit ups, jumping jacks or yoga and pilates. Good luck
Well you can’t target weight loss. You would have to lose weight all over and tone the specific areas.
