When Working Out How Many Exercises Should I Do For Each Muscle Group?
for example: I do 3 sets for biceps but I only complete 1 exercise for each muscle group. How many should i be doing 1? 3? 5?

I usually do 3 exercises for big muscles and 2 exercises for smaller muscles. Kind of a general rule but has worked fairly well for me.
