Best Exercises..?

Anybody know any good exercises i can do to help me get better ready for cheerleading..? greatly appreciated

    yoga… get flexible… abdominals, push ups, & lunges

    try some core exercises. crunches, leg lifts, etc. a good core is good for every sport.
