Which Way Is Best To Lose Weight, Exercises Or Diets?
I have just read a fantastic book on weight loss which explained to me (finally) why I was always struggling to loose weight. It talks about nutrition and how lack of good nutrition causew the brain to register we are living in a time of famine thereby ‘forcing’ us to eat. The answer is in taking Omega3 oils. I have left the book title below.
You need to do both. Don’t crash diet, instead swap the food you already eat with healthier options. Fill yourself up with fruit and vegetables with steamed fish or lean meat and swap full fat/semi skimmed milk with skimmed in tea and coffee. It takes some getting used to but you will get a tasting for it in time. Exercising could include walking to work/school instead of going by car or bus, or if that’s not possible you could walk part of the way. Use stairs instead of lifts or esculators and go for a walk at lunchtime too. You could even get yourself a bike and cycle everywhere which also saves money if you have to travel to a neighbouring town for shopping or work. You don’t have to join a gym to get fit!

I think exercise coz it gets the whole system moving.
dieting you risk your body going in to starvation mode, and hanging on to everything.
Plus dieting is stressful, and when your stressed you store fat more readily.

Exercise is the best way to reduce the weight. While doing exercise it will burn the unwanted fats. There are lots of methods are there to burn the unwanted fats.

I think both combined – i went on a diet and loss weight through the diet and with walking most places. I normally walk an hour each day or some days more.
Before dieting i never did any exercise.
eating healthily ALL the time plus exercise if you starve yourself on a diet when you start to eat normal again your body will store as much fat as possible expecting to be starved again
a daily walk for at lest half an hour……………
diets like1:more fruits
2:no junk food alall if taken in party thn increase ur workout other day
most importanly is self belief

and forget the diet, just eat healthily!
Well you cant lose much weight without exercise and you cant lose weight from just exercising so a bit of both <3 x
