Do You Split Up Exercises When Working Muscle Groups?

I have recently started working out and been doing full body workouts but am going to move toward working 1 muscle group a day.. let’s say I am working out chest on Mondays. Should I do 5 sets of bench press followed by 5 sets of dumbbell presses… or do you do one set of each exercise and keep rotating them? It feels like it’d be a drag having to change exercises every minute or two but also you might be burned out when you got to your 4th different exercise if you did not rotate. Any input is appreciated,

I do 5 sets one each exercise then i do the next exercise. I do the 3 press exercises incline bench press, flat , and decline. Then I do 5sets of flys and 5 sets of pec deck. You should use dumbbells on the press and flys so you can balance the strength imbalances in you arms plus its tougher because you have to stabilize the weight.
