Which Part Of The Day Is The Best Time To Workout/exercise ?
I have been into fitness & exercising for a long time now. I find it most suitable to exercise (whether at home or the gym)…in the EVENING around 8.00/8.30 pm. because I can come back from office & do it. I had once heard some fitness pro. saying that anytime is suitable..as it suits one.
I am asking all fitness professionals. I am frm India which is basically a tropical/hot & humid country.
Whatever time you feel most energetic is the best time. However, it is a known fact that it is best to do cardio workouts on an empty stomach. Why? Because then your body goes straight to fat burning rather than first burning your last meal. Usually people have an empty stomach in the morning.

I am of the belief that you should do it when you feel your best. Many people will tell you to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and I do that several times per week. However, I CANNOT weightlift in the morning because I am just not motivated or strong. So I go directly after work and then do cardio (for optimal fat burning)…I say continue to do what work for you…if you hit a plateau and make no more gains, changing up you times might shock your system but if it’s still working for you and you feel good…keep doing it your way!
