What Time Of Day Is Best For Exercise?
I have heard many different theories. Some say morning so u do it. Others say evening… I just wonder if a certain time is better for the body. or helps burn more calories?

For me, when I get up in the morning I do my Exercises and I also work out after that. I really don’t see the difference between working out in the morning and in the afternoon, ether way you will see results.
for me, 7-9 pm, i heard thats the time whern your “happy” secretions are out (sorry i do not know the exact biological word) so you’ll feel happy when exercisicing.
the best time is when YOU can do it. everyone’s metabolism is different. listen to YOUR body.
the morning after u eat because then ur food will be digested n u will burn more calories
