I’m Joining The Gym And Starting Slimming World. What Are The Best Exercises To Do To Lose Weight?

I’m not currently overweight but at the higher end of my weight range and want to lose about a stone and a half. I would like to lose 10lbs before Christmas. I am not very fit and would like to be fitter.

    Long aerobic workouts are your primary tools for weightloss. Running, cycling, swimming.

    Banana diet. Eat two bananas for breakfast. Don’t eat between meals and eat whatever you want for lunch and dinner. Exercise will build muscle, but not lose weight.
