I have a body shaped like a pear and really need to loose weight in my stomach and thigh areas. My butt could stand to be smaller too! I do not have enough cash for a gym, so does anyone have any suggestions on stuff I can do at home?

i need to strenghten my abs but i need a way that wont strain my neck because i cant do sit ups properly so i starin ma neck i also need to lose flab on ma arms and belly so any good exercises or tips??

I do 3 or 4 exercises for each each muscle group with 3 or 4 sets of 15 reps. Does this sound right or should i be doing more? thanks
