    In the morning. Because you haven’t eaten, you are just burning the stored fat. Which is what you want to do. Because if you workout after you eat your just burning off what you just ate.

    I find morning time works better for me. But then i also do a little (Less) Night time before my bath. I think it’s a case of finding out best time what works for you

    depends – morning is usually best but if you are in a stressful job it does good to burn off all the stored adrenalin after work.

    The best time to exercise is in the early morning in the open, it will make you go through the day more watchful, more active , more dinamic and your consentrarion will be better and more endurance to stress.

    I prefer evenings because I’m groggy in the morning. If you’re an early bird, do so in the morning but make sure you eat first 1/2 hour to an hour before so you feel energized. Also, if you train hard and don’t eat in the morning, you might feel sick (vomit) ’cause it happened to me once.

    depends on wht you do for work…. i am an office worker evening is best for me.

    for me morning is the best to do exercise but if you’re a busy person the best day would be during weekend that you won’t feel over fatigue.And it also help you relaxe,you sleep better if you’re not over fatigue.
