YES! Definitly, old school exercises like pushups and pullups are tremendously effective. For the lower body, squats don’t need equipment, and you can even do the squat hold, where you squat against a wall and hold for as long as you can (pretty hard!), and also lunges. If you don’t have a pull up bar they have ones you can buy to put up whereever, or you could just use a monkey bars on a playground or something like that. And abs are real easy, because the most effective ab workouts (like the plank or flutter kicks) don’t require any tools. Check out mens health .com for great no gym required workouts. Also, to get ripped, make sure you are doing cardio, too, so you can zap the fat and show off the muscle. Running sprints is a super way to really get rid of fat and its also great for your abs. You could also try jumping rope (has a similar effect).
    Good luck!
