What Time During The Day Is Best To Exercise?

It really all depends on you and what you’re used to doing. If I workout in the morning – I’m tired for the rest of the day because I normally work out a few hours before bedtime. For other’s it works the other way. I’m not a morning person, so morning workouts aren’t really an option unless I missed the previous days workout or something. Now, I have heard that you burn the most calories in the morning, but I was never too concerned with that.

    Try to exercise in the morning so you’re up-beat through out the day and don’t exercise just before you will go to bed because you might find it hard to sleep. If the morning is hectic for you, try experimenting at different times of the day that works best for you :-)

    I believe any time is good for exercising. Just make sure you don’t exercise on an empty stomach and also don’t exercise immediately after having your meal(wait atleast for 30 minutes.)
