A few minutes of both. Surely you can find ten minutes before going to work and then another ten before going to bed. If you must choose, choose the nighttime. You’ve loaded up with the nutrients your body needs that you’ll be rushing to your cells (as opposed to exercising with depleted blood), and you’ll sleep better, too!

which are you more likely to do? I do it first thing because I know I won’t want to after work. I’m lucky my work day doesn’t start til 9 AM so I have time to exercise and still get ready for work. just don’t exercise too close to bedtime. it might make getting to sleep harder.

In the morning. Exercising at night makes you wake up more, then you’ll have difficulty falling asleep.
Plus, exercising in the morning gets your metabolism going.

First thing, while you are still fresh. Depending what you do during the day, you may not feel like it in the evening.
