What Are The Best Exercises To Tone The Bum?

I want to really tone up my bum. I don`t what it big, i just what it toned. What are the best exercises for this? Also my bum sticks out, how can i get it to be in line with the rest of my body? I want a sexy bum.

    I used to have a killer butt (as well as killer arms, legs) when I did Ashtanga yoga (it’s the kind Madonna does). Basically a bunch a of lunges and squats plus much much more.

    I think a bum that sticks out is usually considered sexy–not a flat bum–go to eBay and do a search for the classic buns of steel exercise movies.

    Mine does to, I feel like you could use my azz as a table. But, when I did spin classes it was nice and toned! I’ve done all the squats, lunges, videos and workout equipment before, and nothing has worked for me like spinning. You won’t need anything else – no treadmill, weights, gym membership or crazy diets. The spinning tones your whole bod, but really takes care of your lower body like no other! give it a try
