Trying To Lose Weight, Exercises That I Could Do In My Bedroom While Watching Tv?

I like to do crunches and streching while I am watching TV. Any exercises that can help me lose weight? I am starting to eat healthy and I only have an hour to myself each day tp exercise but inside only. thanks.

    Try some squats and lunges. These are what I do, and they absolutely kill! But they work, lol.

    standing up when watching tv is already losing weight.
    when you’re sitting down,open up your legs,trying to reach for 180 degrees,(try to stretch as much as you can). then with both feet on the ground and just moving your thighs and legs, shake your thighs and legs. this helps to make the thighs smaller. (if you get what i mean cos it is hard to describe the exercise it in words) rmb to give your thighs a massage.
    you can also stand up and move your hips in a circle direction. without moving your shoulders and legs.

    Wriggle your toes and your fingers whenever you can. This too is a stress buster and it gives you a chance to at least work your hand and leg joints. This will tell you how sore they are and if their condition is so bad, just think of the rest of your body.

    Rebounders (mini trampolines) are wonderful if you’re willing to spend the ~$30 for one. They’re three times more effective at burning calories than jogging, and very convenient!
