Anytime. As long as you are exercising and getting you heart rate into your target zones you are doing your body good!
Some fitness experts recommend exercising in the morning before you have had anything to eat. They state that this helps your body to burn the fat that you have instead of burning the calories you eat. There is not scientific evidence of this though.

It’s different for everybody, but I find that working out first thing in the morning or right before you go to bed is best. If you work out first thing in the morning you it gives you energy and starts you day off great. Limits stress out of the day.
And I love working out before I go to bed because by the time I’m ready to sleep I sleep, plus if you do this your body works out while sleeping.

In the morning before breakfast- your body has burned off its carb levels over night so your body glycogen levels are low- this means your body will next burn off your fat for energy
Keep well hydrated with water while doing so
