My tummy is not fat but its loose..Someone told me that stomach crunches are not good for girls? so what are the best exercises to make the tummy firm.

    Who ever told you that is a liar. Crunches and sit ups are by far the best exercises ever for your stomach. Do some reverse sit ups to work on your lower abs.
