What Are Some Muscle Toning Exercises I Can Do In My Room That Is Kind Of Crowded?

I just got off the treadmill and I want to do some toning exercises but My bed is huge and so is my treadmill and it doesn’t leave much room left and my mom doesn’t like us walking around the house.

    My room is crowded as well, what I tend to do is squats, crunches, and tons of lunges. Do about 50 of each or more everyday especially the squats. I have recently lost 40 lbs hope this helps!

    what does she think your house is for let alone what floors are for? sorry but that is messed up you cant even walk around in your own house! anyway go to youtube and watch p90x abs ripper x its something like that !
