When Is The Best Time To Exercise-cardio/aerobic?

Hey everyone!
Ive heard that sometimes its better to do aerobic/cardio first thing in the morning before you eat anything..
And then ive also heard that doing it in the evenings is good..
Im just confused…whats the best time to do this type of an exercise??

    It really doesn’t matter. What matters is that it is convinient for you. However, you should consider having a healthy snack 30 min. before and immediately after your workout.
    Don’t just eat any so called health bar from the local supermarket though. Do your research and make sure you are getting exactly what you need. If you are looking to build muscle, then you need protien isolate, if it is weight loss you are after, then a low glycemic bar with fiber is the choice for you.
    Otherwise you can also just have some fruit before and nuts after.

    The best time is when you have the most time to do it… Meaning, pay no attention to people telling you that it is best to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. There is no medical evidence to support this, and my personal experience does not support it either.
    For over a decade I have done my cardio at 5am in the morning not because it is better, but rather because it is a time that people will not interrupt me. Meaning, the main reason I do it is because everyone else is asleep, so I can use have this time just for me…

    Everything i have read says first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I have also heard that you shouldnt do any sort of aerobic exercise near bed time as it will make it harder to fall asleep. Good luck:)

    in the morning is best because you are refreshed. its sometimes more difficult, but it would help you better. It could also make the rest of your day great. ^^
