What Are The Best Exercises To Tone Your Stomache?

I am 39 and am dieting, I’m 5′ and 136 lbs, I have had 4 kids,, what are some of the best exercises to tone my stomache muscles?

    To ‘tone’ your stomach, you need to lose fat. There is no possible way to lose fat in just one area of the body, you need to burn it throughout. How many fat people do you see doing sit-ups? Why don’t they have a tight 6-pack between those huge love handles? At 5′, 136 lbs, you are chunky. I recommend cardio with light weights for muscle tone, including the abs. And ofcourse, watch what you eat. You didn’t get this big overnight, so you’re not going to slim down overnight, either. You may also want to consider this… do you have stretch marks on the stomach? Stretched skin will not tighten or shrink. That’s what tummy tucks are for.

    This is a loosening of the stomach tissue and muscle that just comes with age.
    THE DEFINATELY SUPER BEST EXERCISE IS:
    situps and more situps and about 1000 more situps.
    no way around this one, like it or not. seriously, try to do about 10 to start, make sure your legs are bent, breathe properly with the up and down, braece your neck with your hands behind, then each day you can add on two more situps, and you should be able to do about 20-25 a day, and that will strengthen the stomach muscles…………
    After large meals, it is normal for some bulging, eat smaller meals more often.

    Well having kids can make it hard. What I have done (and it worked for me) I keep my stomach hard all the time. Everytime i think about it, I make my stomach hard and it stays that way. If I see a fat person, I keep my stomach hard. If I see a skinny person I keep my stomach hard because thats what I want to look like. Also run and do sit ups in the gym!!!!!!! Goodluck.
