    okay
all those weight workouts (pushups are weight workouts because your using your body as the weights) are good for toning
but if you want to lose fat (a considerable amount) your going to have to do some cardiovascular exercises
swimming is the best for this because it tones, i believe, your whole body and gets rid of the fat
it is the best workout possible
    and it’s fun!

weights are great for helping to lose weight and tone up. the more muscle u have the more calories your body burns in rest mode. you should mix this with cardio and a healthy diet for the quickest results as weights dont increase your metabolism but cardio and regular eating do. for all the exercises u need ( as there are soooo many u can do) visit http://www.about.com and check out the exercise section. good luck :)

Learn the Salsa, it is alot of fun.
Get a dvd at the library to see if you like it. I just started, I didn’t think I could keep up with them, after a few tries it all comes together. It is low impact as well.

If u are uable to admit yourself in a proper fittness centre.. or consult a fitness advisor..u can practise..
skipping in down just after a light breakfast
    weight lifting
    light jogging
    common free hand exercises
    light and slight boxing
    standing up and sitting down..
But u have to be sure about if u are physically fit for those exercises through a small clinical check up (consulting a physician )
At the begining u have to practise those for a little period of time ,i mean not over stressing yourself,..then..gradually ..increase your practise time..
Early morning is the suitabe and recommended time for your exercise…your muscles and limbs will take time to be fit and well toned ( as u mentioned and want those to be) like that of film stars and sports person (that u may have watched in TV/ movies, musicshows)…it may take as long as…up to ..several years..so practise those exercises as much as u can ..i mean not excessive..or over stressing yourself.
    thanks.Best of luck.
