Do three: Sit ups, Pull ups, Push Ups.
work up to sets of 100, 20, 100.
You don’t need any fancy equipment, unless that makes it
    more fun for you.
You’ll probably want to run some stairs to build the overall
    body strength and legs.

First of all, working out first thing in the morning is great as that is when you have the most amount of testosterone in your system. Start by doing core exercises meaning shoulder presses, bench presses, dead lifts and squats. Forget about the little shaping exercises until you have something to shape. Eat at least a gram of protein per pond of body weight. And lastly you do not start building a house from the roof down, you start form the foundations, which in this case happen to be your legs. You will look funny in the summer with a big upper body and some chicken legs to stand on.

You can hit mine which works. set weight to 12 reps to failure on first rep to set proper weight, do 3 sets to start, 4 in once you get going,, targets upper body. 3 days a week mon, wed, fri. bench, curl, standing behind the shoulder press (military press), bend at waist and pull backs (rows), then back pushups on a coffee table (pushups behind you) and situps. wait one minute between reps,, two mins between exercises, takes about an hour and really works,, see some great results in about a month to 6
    weeks. C
For legs get a stationary bike and hit 20 mins a day to start, 30 once you get going. 5 days a week is best for cardio.
