I also work nights. I work-out when I wake up. It raises your metabolism…so why not do it right away.
When you feel your strongest. It’s different for most people. For me, its from when its noon when it’s sunny, to evening when it starts to get chilly, but is still gives you the warm feeling. You should exercise at noon~ when the sun’s shining! If your taking a jog. Or if your going to an indoor gym, mornings are best! Wake up at about 7-8 am, go to the gym, exercise, go home, eat,take a nap, then go to your jobs! How does that sound

Before work would be best. Once your heart rate is up it takes several hours for your body too settle down; you will feel better at work and then perhaps after work you might find it easier to sleep.
Also if you eat after exercising and before work you will find that best… Try an get in the habit of sleeping after your night shift.

because, during daytime u work or u do movements which will allow u to cooldown ur body. but if it is night time u wil go to sleep then in the next morning ur body will be sore.
The morning since it energizes you for the rest of the day! And you’ll get it out of the way early on

Don’t exercise before naps, because sometimes you will not be able to fall asleep after exercise speeds up your heart rate.
