The best excercises for a great “booty” are probably:
Dumbbell Squats
Lunges
and Step-Ups
Do about 12-15 repititions, so from starting point to ending point, and 3 sets of each 12-15 reps. These really tone and work on that area, there are other excercises, but these are probably the best ones.
You could do a leg workout a long with this, I’d sugget 3-4 times a week.
