    The best excercises for a great “booty” are probably:
    Dumbbell Squats
    Lunges
    and Step-Ups
    Do about 12-15 repititions, so from starting point to ending point, and 3 sets of each 12-15 reps. These really tone and work on that area, there are other excercises, but these are probably the best ones.
    You could do a leg workout a long with this, I’d sugget 3-4 times a week.

    intensity danicng .IT will Make your whole body firm. Exspecially your but arms and thighs and stomachs. Also for your butt lay on the ground and have your legs like your gonna do curlups and just lift your butt and hip off the ground and doo that like 200 times a day.
    Try pilates too! also google it too!

    Leg lunges,or squeeze you butt cheeks hold for 10 seconds repeat for 20 minutes. you can do when your driving or sitting in chair at work or laying in bed. It works!

    run up and down some stairs instead of the elevator. do 30 squats twice a day. 30 lunges once a day.
