Ok So I Was Wondering When Is The Best Time In The Evening To Exercise?

So I get home from school generally around 3:40 I was wondering if I should exercise before dinner when I get home or after dinner.We usually eat around 7 if that helps.

    Before dinner would be most advantatious as it would give you macronutrients to repair the damage you did while working out. It won’t make a lot of difference though.

    It all depends on what time period you have the most energy. Another thing is that sometimes if you exercise within 3 hours of bedtime, it can be hard to sleep, but ultimately you get to choose. I would suggest around 5 or 5:30 so your body still has cool off time before dinner.
    On a whole different subject, you can burn more calories because of a fast metabolism if you exercise right before or after a meal. If you want to take that into consideration.

    it’s better to exercise BEFORE dinner. because if you do it after, your food will come up and you may throw up…
