I have two young boys and I don’t have hardly enough time to do any regular exercises. I only want to lose about 20 lbs. since I am so tall, everyone thinks I’m crazy. I’m 6′0″ and weight 172 lbs.

I can’t do crunches or sit-ups because they both hurt my back. I would like people to tell me good exercises for getting some muscle in the stomach, arms, and/or legs (thighs mostly) areas. Thank you!!!
