Which Exercises are best for toning my flabby belly? Ive tried loads over a long period of time but nothing seems to be working.. Anyone have any ideas?

Sit ups are great. One I’m doing at the moment is lying (with back) on the floor, grabbing the underside of my sofa for support, and bringing the knees up to the chest. So kinda like a reverse sit up. 3 sets a night, 3 mins each and you should see results in about a month.
Failing that, try and ease yourself into a weight loss diet to get ya started. Running and other cardio works well also. Good luck!
Crunches are great for the abdominal muscles. Start with about 50 a day and GRADUALLY work your way up to 200 a day. Jumping straight in with the 200s is only going to cause muscle damage and you’ll end up feeling so achy in the morning. Also split your crunches, do one half in the morning and one half in the afternoon.
If you want to keep trim perhaps go jogging or running too. It’ll help your stomach become as flat as a board.

in short i move around a lot and i try not to be tempted with too much carbs and sweet.
and let me tell u it sure is working.
You must reduce the size of your belly before toning it. You must try dancing exercise like belly dancing.
walk for 30 mins a day. it really works. you could try sit-ups but i think it’s been proven that sit-ups are the least effective when it comes to losing belly fat :]

there are many exercises and sports that are good for toning, such as streching and swimming, front crawl. but these will only work, if you eat healthy as well

Nothing will “tone” your flabby belly other than dropping overall bodyfat %.
Try doing stomach crunches with your couch also sit ups. I lift the couch up and put it’s weight on my feet and happily do sit ups
The most effective exercise for the abdominal region is the bicycle crunch.
Running. It’s how I lost mine. It’s almost gone now.
