    1. Leg Raises(lying on the floor leg raises or pull up are both great)
    2. Hyper extensions (Back Extensions)
    3. you can’t really work the arms without weight, Push ups i guess, Triangle push up for bicep, Wide push up for tri-cep.
    4.Toe raisers are great!
    5.leg lifts-Grabbing the top of a chair back to brace yourself, stand up straight, lift one leg behind you while keeping the other leg straight. Bring the raised leg back to the floor and raise it again for 10 repetitions.
    6.push ups also/Eagle situps or Dips
