What Sre The Best Exercises To Tone My Body?

I’m a 14 year old boy and I’m looking to tone my body (legs and abs specifically).
I’m asking for toning exercises because I’m a swimmer and big muscles are counter-productive in the water.
So what are the best exercises for Legs, abs, and arms?

I had my growth spurt at the age of fourteen, sprouting from five-three to five-nine that year. This seems pretty common, so it is important to be as concerned with your diet and sleep as you are with your exercise. Your body is undergoing great changes.
That being said, I am a long distance unicyclist, and that too is an exercise for which large muscles are counter-productive. Both swimming and unicycling utilize every muscle in the body, so your best toning exercise is simply swimming a mile or more per day, with sprints at the beginning and end of your routine. Walking/running and cycling are also good ways to break up the boredom of laps in the pool.
I recommend the Total Gym for building the kind of lean muscles you need to excel in swimming. Chuck Norris looks pretty darn good for a man about to turn seventy, and he uses it every day.
Finally, I would consider taking up yoga to keep your muscles limber and loose. You can learn this on your own, or take a class. I have posted a site below you might want to check out for beginning a yoga routine to complement your other fitness activities. Flexibility is a very underlooked part of total fitness.
    Good luck!
