Declined push-ups, squats, lunges and a great ab workout will tone your back section. Do 3 sets of each every other day to give your muscles some rest for growth. And then walk for a mile after every workout. Or better yet, jump rope for 5 minutes. Remember: its east to “pull” your lower back, so start small and then gradually work your way up for a more intense workout. And then fill back up on calories with cold beer!!!

Squats and weighted leg raises while lying on your stomach. For sports or activities that tone your back side, try skating.
what you call those things where you get on hands and knees and life one leg at a time by curling it back over your back as though you’re trying to touch your head….them things are good.

Walking and you will see the results in about 2 weeks. Walk daily for about 20-30 minutes, a little briskfuly.
