When Is The Best Time Of Day To Exercise?

I need to tone up and lose weight in the next 4months…are there any really effective exercises that can tone up you stomach and legs?
To put on muscle stick with the basics…try the deadlift, bench, rows, and squats…those four lifts alone should help you pack on the muscle
The best place for me to do exercises are at home, that way I can do them whenever I get the chance.

I run up and down the stairs 100 times which takes me about 5 minutes. It works kinda but is there any other way that can get my thighs to flex instead of jiggle? What’s the best exercise or quickest way that will get it to flex instead of jiggle?
