What Exercises With And W/out Dumbells Are Best For Building My Pecs/neck/triceps/back?
Can someone give me a regimen of reps/sets to do. I’ve been inactive for the most part, but just got over the soreness over the past 2+ months by doing basic pushups, reverse curls, serious rope jumping and walking.
chin-ups(mid-back, chest, biceps), pull-ups(lats, upper back), dips(chest, triceps), shrugs(trapezius)
3-5 sets for everything 10-12 reps
