For the butt squats and lunges are the best.
For the stomach, bicycle crunches and leg raises are good exercises.

try tae bo the work out with billly banks it really works my mom use to be almost 200lb and she is 4′11” and now she is 120lb but do that and eat healthy and you should see results soon. good luck to ya! also try a colon cleanse to remove all those toxins out of your body!
