What Are The Best Sport Exercises To Lose Belly Weight Or Obesity?

I want to lose my weight since I consider myself a fat man. Please help me in finding a proper way going side by side with a good balance of nutrition which I know about. What I need some sport exercises. Thanks in advance, Yohoo-Friends.

    I’ve found that just 5 minutes of totally exhausting exercise (cycling uphill in 22nd gear) does the same as 30 minutes of regular exercise. This way, you can lose weight without spending all your time exercising.

    Any cardio exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 times per week is medically proven to reduce abdominal fat the fastest. I’d suggest starting with walking.

    get online and search what you are looking for …..which I believe is an EZ fix…..and there are none. You need to be serious and if you are….then look this up and do the hard work.

    I would go in a pool and jog in a shallow end or try to get a treadmail. Or go to a fitness place and the trainers there would be smart. :D Good Luck!
