What Is The Best Time To Eat And Exercise?

Does the body digest or process food at certian times more than others. I am trying to be healthier and so I am going to set an eating schedule. What is the best time to eat breakfast lunch and dinner?

The best time to exercise is whenever you can. Your body temperature is higher and your muscles are better stretched around the afternoon, so it is a perfect time to work out. However, I work out early in the morning to make sure I don’t make any excuses to get out of exercise later, I just make sure I warm up and stretch good before starting.
It is best to eat every 2 to 3 hours, small meals throughout the day rather than to eat 3 big meals. Everyone’s eating schedule is different, but here is mine as an example (I’m a vegetarian, so that’s why there isn’t any meat)
    Wake up: 6am
meal 1 6am: Protein shake (skim milk & whey protein)
meal 2 9am: Pumpkin seeds, carrots, and banana
meal 3 12pm: Tortellini, spinach, olive oil, and cherries
    meal 4 3pm: Protein shake
meal 5 6pm: Lentils, steamed veggies, and blueberries
    meal 6 9pm: Cottage cheese
    Go to sleep around 9pm

One hint is that you should eat some protein before you go to bed because otherwise you’re muscles will enter a state where they are depleting (burning themselves) for energy. You will then essentially lose muscle mass and be left with the fat tissue around them.
