What Are The Exercises Is The Best If I Want To Increase Weight?

Hey yahoo users,
i would like to share that i am underweight person and likes to follow exercises to increase weight without using gym. i love to be healthy rather than fat person(overweight)

    You want to increase weight without using the gym?
    Well, your best bet is I guess going to be to buy some dumbbells. The biggest weight gains that you’re going to get are going to come from working your legs… but you can’t really do that with dumbbells.
    You need a gym membership man, get that — and you can build fast. When I started lifting weights I weighed an embarassing 90 pounds. 6 months later I weighed 120, and since I’m a short guy — I looked a lot bigger. People guessed that I weighed 145-150.
