When Is The Best Time To Exercise In Order To Burn Fat?
I’m not that fat but I just want to lose a couple more pounds.
I have been doing researches about weight losing.
And some say that the best time for your body to burn fat is in the morning with an empty stomach. But I also read some where that exercising in the afternoon (at about 3 pm) is the best time to exercise in order to lose weight.
Anytime on an empty stomach!!!
