    you burn the same amount of calories whether you exericse in the morning or evening…just go when you have the most energy

    before breakfast, heres why:
    your metabolism slows down when you are sleeping so you will have some food still in your system from the previous day. if you get up and have breakfast, you are putting more food into your body which means you will have a surplus, surplus = fat storage. if you exercise its like starting the day with a clean plate.
