What Are The Best Weight Exercises To Train For Swimming?
Okay, I’m on the swim team at my high school and I was just wondering what are the best weight excercises to get my swimming strength up to lower my time?
ex.) benchpress, incline press, arm curls, stuff on a weight bench that I can do.
please tell me the most effective on my strength FOR SWIMMING.(reducing my time)
bench bress and incline flys
Free weights. Pilates!
If you hold light weights, put your arms straight out to your sides and make small circles, its amazing for toning.
I bulked up like crazy in high school, so I recommend pilates and running in the off season.
